What's better than two ringed Nutcrackers?

Ringing:

A calm day despite there actually being birds. Today was the first day in a week where we didn’t host any birders out with us on obs. While missing company and relishing in the silence the Huk can provide, we had some cool birds. We had crossing Horned Larks, a Stock dove showing off for the observation team, and the usual shows of Rooks and Jackdaws that have been seen in the area these last days. The highlight of the day was multiple Northern Nutcrackers trying for some migration. The actual number might be up for debate, but counting all seen on the Huk today totaled 7! One was even seen flying right over to our non-standardized nets and resting, but I’ll let the ringers explain how that turned out ????.
